At Gaia Pottery, each piece begins its journey to creation 24 hours after you place your order. Crafting pottery can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks, largely due to the essential drying process that prevents your unique items from cracking in the kiln. Factors like weather, order volume, and holidays might adjust timelines, but perfection can’t be rushed — and it’s worth the wait! Safe Arrival Guaranteed: We pack each order with extreme care. Plus, all shipments are fully insured, so in the rare event of loss or damage, we’ve got you covered (just be sure to contact us within 31 days of shipping).
Rates & Combining Orders: We calculate shipping based on weight, size, and destination. Buying multiple items? We’ll bundle them together to save on shipping costs.In-Stock Goodies: Items on hand ship within 2-5 days.
RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges Welcome: Not in love? Let’s fix that! I accept returns for store credit or exchanges. Returns and exchanges need to be initiated within 5 days of receipt. Items must be new and unused. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
